PingID is offered and configured by ICE Mortgage Technology as the default MFA provider. No configuration is needed.

Configuring Okta Verify is done through an API. Follow the instructions on the okta developer site to get your API token and org URL.Your Okta admin will need to create a username as a custom attribute in your organization’s profile in the format ebsUserName@encompass:ebsInstanceId. Example: john@encompass:BE11122233. This username will be used as verification when setting the second authentication factor.

Configuring Duo Mobile is done through an auth API. Follow the instructions on the Duo Mobile developer site to get your API hostname, integration key, and secret key. If you choose simple username matching, your Duo Mobile username will only be verfied against your Encompass username. Otherwise, your Duo Mobile profile alias will need to be added by your Duo administrator in the format ebsUserName@encompass:ebsInstanceId. For example: john@encompass:BE11122233.
