Access to enhanced webhook data is controlled by an Encompass Persona Setting "Enhanced Field Change". By default, Encompass Admins can subscribe to any webhook event.
Non-administrative users such as “API User” must have the “Subscribe to Webhook” and “Enhanced Field Change” persona rights to subscribe to the Enhanced Field Change webhook event.

| Enhanced Field Change | The “Subscribe to Webhook” persona is required before the “Enhanced Field Change” persona right can be set in Encompass. The “Enhanced Field Change” persona setting allows API users to subscribe to “Enhanced Field Change” webhooks. |
Important!
Use caution when determining which non-admin personas should have webhook subscription access. This especially important with Enhanced Field Change since it provides loan-level data, including Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Use the Enhanced Field Change personas option to limit data access to only select users and partners who have a true business need to access the detailed change data.
