About Enhanced Field Change Events (EFC)
Encompass Developer Connect supports webhook subscriptions for Enhanced Field Change (EFC) events against the loan resource. Subscribing to the enhancedFieldChange event enables integrated lenders and partners to receive notifications when field change occurs on a loan and respond accordingly.
Availability
Effective 24.2 GA release, if enabled, you as the client or partner will be able to subscribe to the Enhanced Field Change webhook event to be notified when Encompass loan fields are updated, including the current and previous values in the payload. The values are shown from both Encompass (SDK and Desktop) and V3 path responses.
Additional Setup Required!
In addition to subscribing to the Enhanced Field Change webhook event using Subscriptions API, enabling this feature for your Encompass instance requires additional setup by ICE Mortgage Technology support team. A successful subscription to Enhanced Field Change webhook does not indicate that the setup is completed.

If you are part of the limited availability group prior to the 24.2R of Encompass and have the EFC event already enabled for your Encompass instance, then your subscriptions will remain intact, no need to resubscribe.
