Upcoming Changes to the Loan Schema in 23.2

A change is being made in the 23.2 release to the Index Rate attribute in the Loan Schema. With this future release, the indexRate attribute will increase support from 3 to 5 decimals.

Whitelist New IP Addresses to Continue to Receive Webhook Notification

Starting mid-2023, ICE Mortgage Technology’s webhooks will be sent from new IP addresses. If your company subscribes to webhook notifications (including Developer Connect, Investor Connect, AIQ, Partner Connect), you’ll need to update your IP Address Whitelist, and add the new IP addresses to ensure uninterrupted receipt of ICE Mortgage Technology webhook notifications. Please do not remove the current IP addresses from your whitelist. Please refer to Knowledge Article #114677 for the new IP addresses.

Known Limitation

Known Limitation with V3 Query Pipeline API
The V3 Query Pipeline API currently does not support cursor-based pagination. It is known to cause cache corruption. We recommend the usage of start and limit query parameters for simple pagination without passing cursorType in the query parameter. Please continue using the V1 API if you would like to use cursor-based pagination.

Cloud Storage Upgrade

All Encompass Instances will be upgraded to use Cloud Storage by 8/14/2021
If using the V3 attachment upload or download APIs, please ensure that you are passing the authorization header and using file chunking as needed. For further details, refer to the Developer Connect V3 documentation.

For existing loan files that were created prior to the Cloud Storage enablement, the loan attachments will not be migrated to Cloud Storage yet. They will continue to use the legacy Storage system, which would return the media Server URLs for upload and download of attachments.
