Overview
The Live Chat is a micro app used for synchronous communications between independent systems. Live Chat supports SMS, email and voice communications. Each of these features will be introduced in phases, with additional features and enhancements added to each channel and the overall app.
Live Chat will support desktop, tablet and phone, but is expected to be used primarily on desktop devices. Therefore, the initial specs will focus on desktop sizes and the SMS experience. Email and voice will be added at a later phase to be determined by product prioritizations.
