V3 Get List of Closing Cost Templates

get https://api.elliemae.com/encompass/v3/settings/templates/closingCost/folders

Gets closing cost templates for folders and files based on given folder path and itemization type. Returns only 2015 Itemization Type Closing Cost Templates that can be applied to the loan. 2010 Templates are not yet supported.
