V3 Get List of Closing Cost Templates

Retrieves closing cost templates for folders and files based on given folder path and itemization type.

📘

This endpoint only returns 2015 Itemization Type Closing Cost Templates that can be applied to the loan. 2010 Templates are not yet supported.

URI Encoded Path of the folder from which to retrieve contents (e.g., templates, files or folders).

string

Type of itemization to filter the Closing Cost Templates. Possible values are 2015 and 2010.

boolean

A value of True allows client applications to display the template description in their UI if needed. The default value is False.
