Create a SCIM Global User ID (GUID) for the given user.
This API endpoint added with the 24.2 release of Encompass.
Usage Notes
- Using this API, a globalUserId can only be created for users that are not already linked to an existing globalUserId.
- If the user was created via the SCIM Create User API, then a globalUserId already exists for this user. Therefore, an error will occur if trying to create a new globalUserId for the same userName.
- A SCIM globalUserId can only be created for one user and ICE MT product at a time.
- Both core and product link schemas must be included in every call.
- Only one user can be associated with a given globalUserId for a given product schema.
