Create a Letter Template

post https://api.elliemae.com/loanOpportunity/v1/settings/letterTemplates

Creates a new letter template. The fileUrl in the response can be used to upload the letter template, which should be in the html format. Specify the fileSignature as the Authorization header in the request payload for the PUT fileUrl call.
