Returns the Encompass Elements set for the user/client. The response contains key-value pairs.
The Encompass Elements are defined in EPPS Admin>Settings>Encompass Update Elements. This API returns the list of elements in the loan file that will be overwritten with EPPS data when a loan program is selected in EPPS.
