V3 Get Global TPO Fee Details

Use this API to retrieve global TPO fee settings details for a given fee ID for external organizations.

This API added with the 25.1 release of Encompass.

Specifies the level of detail to be returned. Possible values are: Summary and Full. Summary is the default.
