Retrieves all the existing loan originator compensation plans for your instance.

This API added with the 25.2 release of Encompass.

Supported filter values are: LoanOfficer, Broker

boolean

Use to indicate if API should return only active plans.
true - Returns only active plans.
false - Returns all plans, active and inactive.
