Retrieves the download URLs for a given list of attachments.

Usage Notes

• When using Cloud Storage, pass the elli-signature value in the Authorization Request header when downloading the attachment.
• If the attachment was imported as part of a larger file, the URL will be for the entire imported document.
• To get the attachment individually, use the Export Attachments API.
