The AUS Tracking log provides important values, dates, and time periods taken from the most recent AUS or underwriter findings. This data is pulled from the most recent record listed in the Underwriting Decision History table in Encompass. A record is a snapshot of the data analyzed by the AUS or underwriter. A record is automatically generated and added when an authorized Encompass user orders automated underwriting from DU or LP (via the CE Mortgage Technology Partner Network) or when an entry is manually added by an authorized loan team member.
You can use the AUS Tracking Logs API to retrieve, create, and update tracking logs, and to retrieve a snapshot of a tracking log.
