Use this API to retrieve the mapping between fixed roles (designatedRole) and predefined Encompass roles.

This API added with the 25.1 release of Encompass.

Usage Note

Encompass defines the following fixed roles (designated roles) which are used to determine certain behaviors within the loan process:

• LoanOfficer
• LoanProcessor
• LoanCloser
• Underwriter
• PrimarySalesRep
• TPOLoanOfficer
• TPOLoanProcessor
• TPOCorrespondent
